Nursery Manager
Wildflower Twickenham Day Nursery and Pre-school is led by Jo Clarke, who brings over 30 years of experience in early years education.
Jo began her career as a nanny before moving into nursery settings, progressing from Nursery Nurse to Room Leader and into management. She first became a Nursery Manager in 1999 and has worked across a wide range of settings, including large nursery groups and independent nurseries.
She holds an NNEB qualification and brings a thoughtful and experienced approach to her role.
Jo is passionate about supporting children and families, and particularly enjoys seeing children settle, build relationships, and grow in confidence during their time at nursery.
Starting nursery is an important step, and we take time to support each child through that transition.
Our settling process is gradual, flexible, and guided by your child's individual needs, helping them build confidence at a pace that feels right.
