Nursery Manager
Debbie leads Wildflower Marston Day Nursery and Pre-school, bringing over 20 years of experience in early years education.
Her career has progressed from practitioner roles through to leadership positions, including experience as a SENCo and Nursery Manager across a range of settings.
Debbie joined Marston as Deputy Manager and was promoted to Nursery Manager within a few months, reflecting her strong leadership and commitment to the nursery.
She is passionate about supporting her team to grow and develop, creating environments that reflect children's interests, and ensuring every child feels valued and supported. She particularly enjoys seeing children settle into nursery, build relationships, and grow in confidence over time.
Starting nursery is an important step, and we take time to support each child through that transition.
Our settling process is gradual, flexible, and guided by your child's individual needs, helping them build confidence at a pace that feels right.
