Lyn Barallon-Hibbert
Nursery Manager
Wildflower Brentford Day Nursery and Pre-school is led by Lyn Barallon-Hibbert, who brings over 20 years of experience in early years childcare and education.
Lyn has worked across a range of nursery settings and has been in management roles for over 10 years. She joined the Brentford nursery in September 2025 as Nursery Manager.
She holds a Level 3 qualification and is currently working towards a Level 7 qualification, reflecting her commitment to continued professional development.
Lyn is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. She particularly enjoys seeing children grow in confidence and build strong relationships during their time at nursery.
Starting nursery is an important step, and we take time to support each child through that transition.
